Three registers, one line of authority.

Advisory scope, decision rights and execution are held apart on purpose. LGC forms the view and manages the work; the sponsor commits capital and approves terms; affiliates and specialists carry out what must be built or delivered.

The client or sponsor register holds capital commitments, terms, major approvals and authority. Affiliates and specialists execute.
