Advisory
Frame the decision
- Establish the question that actually governs the outcome.
- Set the evidence a decision of this consequence requires.
- Order the sequence in which commitments are made.
About
Limb Growth Capital brings advisory judgment, operating structure and capital perspective to initiatives where the variables cross conventional boundaries.
How the firm is organized
Each engagement is defined before it begins. It names its participants and the terms on which they contribute, the economics that govern it, the decision rights held by each party, and the structure through which implementation is carried out.
That definition is the working instrument of the engagement. It is what allows a mandate to hold when advisory judgment, operating responsibility and capital considerations have to move at the same time.
Capability registers
Every mandate draws on the same four registers in different proportion. They describe how LGC works, not a menu from which items are selected.

How we work
Five commitments govern how work is taken on and carried through. They hold in every register.
